Roles and Responsibilities

* Identify and approach potential customers, including factories, dealers and distributors.

* Visit customers to understand their requirements and promote suitable products.

* Generate enquiries, coordinate quotations and follow up to convert enquiries into orders.

* Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify repeat business opportunities.

* Work towards agreed sales and business development targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, dispatches and customer queries.

* Follow up on outstanding payments as required.

* Maintain customer records and submit regular visit and sales reports.

* Track market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
