We are seeking a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our UK telecom team. The ideal candidate will provide first-line technical assistance to customers, ensuring seamless resolution of service issues and delivering an excellent support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries related to telecom services (internet, mobile, landline).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, or live chat.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex cases when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service disruptions and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UK telecom regulations.

Requirements:





- Prior experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in telecom.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with telecom products, networking basics, and troubleshooting tools.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
