* Hiring: Assistant Territory Manager (ATM) - Rocksport*

*Qualification* : Any Graduate

*Experience* : Freshers / Candidates from Travel Industry or Sports Industry preferred

*Age Limit - 26 Years*

Role: Lead Generation & School Sales

CTC: 3.66 LPA Fixed Salary: *20,500* /month

Local Travel Allowance: *3,000* /month

SIM Allowance: *500* /month

Laptop Allowance: *1,500* /month

Performance Variable: *5,000* /month

Company-provided school/client database for initial lead generation

Sports/Adventure background preferred, not mandatory

Freshers can apply

Local travel (up to 50 km) included in CTC

Outstation travel expenses covered by company when required

Involved in School Sales and Program Operations

*Extra benefits* : • Adventure Experience after 3 months

• Business Suit after 6 months

• Rocksport Trek (3-7 days) within 1 year

• Camping Night Out for 2 upon successful completion of 1 year
