- Design, develop, and maintain custom, advanced, and matrix reports in Workday across HCM, Financials, and other modules.
- Create and optimize calculated fields, report prompts, filters, and data sources to meet complex business requirements.
- Build interactive dashboards, Discovery boards, and analytics solutions to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Ensure report accuracy, performance, security, and compliance with data governance and access control standards.
- Support report troubleshooting, enhancements, and user training to drive adoption and self-service reporting.
- Maintain documentation of reporting solutions and stay current with Workday reporting features and best practices.
- Partner with technical teams on data integrations and advanced analytics tools such as Prism Analytics when required.
