Roles and Responsibilities :-

- Perform preventive maintenance (PM), installation, testing, and servicing of medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Provide on-site technical support and attend customer service calls promptly.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections, calibration checks, and performance verification as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate service reports, PM records, and equipment maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with hospital biomedical departments and internal service teams.
- Support equipment demonstrations, installations, and basic user training when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective technical support.

Job Requirements :

- 0-3 years of experience in biomedical engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of medical devices, including installation, operation, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace with minimal supervision.
