Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development Consultant
Experience: 5+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development Consultant with 5+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Succession Planning, Career Development Planning (CDP), Talent Pools, Talent Reviews, and Employee Development processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development module.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure Succession Data Models, Talent Pools, Talent Cards, MDF Objects, and Calibration processes.
- Design and maintain Career Development Plans (CDP) and Mentoring Programs.
- Configure competency frameworks, career worksheets, and development goals.
- Facilitate Talent Review meetings and Succession Planning processes.
- Integrate Succession & Development with other SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals (PMGM), Employee Central (EC), Learning Management System (LMS), and Recruiting.
- Perform system testing, UAT support,



data validation, and production support.
- Provide end-user training and create documentation for business stakeholders.
- Support releases, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with robust expertise in Succession & Development.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Succession Planning
- Talent Pools
- Talent Review
- Career Development Planning (CDP)
- Mentoring
- MDF Objects
- Role Readiness
- Position-Based and People-Based Nomination Methods
- Calibration

- Experience in SuccessFactors configuration, implementation, and support projects.
- Strong understanding of Talent Management and HR processes.
- Experience integrating with Employee Central, PMGM, Learning, and Recruiting modules.
- Knowledge of XML configurations and Business Rules is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development Certification preferred.
- Experience with global implementations and support projects is a plus.
