- Manage and implement effective HR strategies to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing, PF/ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
- Implement workforce management plans to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of all HR-related tasks and projects.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in factory HR or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of labour laws, payroll, PF/ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
- A graduate degree is required for this position.
