Key Responsibilities include: Developing Financial Models for current Projects / loan requirement Developing Cash Budgets Pre-Sanction documentation Co-ordinating with Lenders during sanction process and addressing queries. Post Sanction documentation Loan Disbursement documentation Monitoring of all loans Complying with Covenants Security perfection Working on alternatives / Term Loan Take Over Proposals. Typical Qualifications If Candidate is CA, EXP 0 to 2 Years
