Role & responsibilities

- Enter daily inbound and outbound shipment data into SAP/ERP.
- Update GRN, delivery, dispatch, stock, and inventory records.
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and warehouse reports using MS Excel.
- Verify data against physical documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, transporters, and internal teams for missing or incorrect information.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of warehouse records.
- Monitor data accuracy and correct discrepancies in the system.
- Support stock reconciliation and inventory updates.
- Generate system reports as required by the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
- Ensure timely completion of all data-entry activities.
- Follow company SOPs and warehouse safety and compliance requirements.
