Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for affordable housing loan products.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the affordable housing segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for customers' needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize product offerings.

Job Requirements :

- 11-21 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in mortgage loans (home loans) or loan against property.
- Solid understanding of affordable housing financing options and regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
