- Make outbound calls to U.S. clients and potential taxpayers.
- Explain U.S. tax filing and accounting services.
- Identify client requirements and generate leads.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
- Maintain client records and coordinate with the tax team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers to 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, BPO
- Female candidates preferred
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with U.S. clients.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn U.S. taxation.
- Comfortable working in a U.S. shift/night shift.
