Job Summary

We are seeking energetic, presentable, and proactive Business Development - Management Trainees to support Ramoji Film Citys Film Vertical in strengthening engagement with the content production ecosystem.

This is a field-intensive internship focused on market mapping, lead generation, and relationship building with producers, directors, production houses, and other key industry stakeholders.

Management Trainees will work closely with the Business Development team to generate qualified leads, build a comprehensive industry database, and support business development initiatives for shooting projects at Ramoji Film City. The role offers hands-on exposure to real-world business development within the Indian Film and OTT industry, providing a strong learning experience and a pathway for high-performing candidates to be considered for full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

Candidates currently pursuing or recently completed a BBA/MBA specializing in Sales, Marketing, or Media Entertainment.

Skills Competencies

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and client interactions.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Basic knowledge of presentation design tools such as Canva.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

Personality Behavioural Traits

- Presentable, well-groomed, and qualified in appearance and conduct.
- Passionate about films, web series, OTT platforms, and the content production ecosystem.
- Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ethical, relationship-focused approach to business development.

Preferred

Previous internship or project experience in Sales, Marketing, Media, or Entertainment. Basic understanding of the content production value chain.
