- Identify current business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of home loans, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property) products.
- Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive mortgage lending landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 1-18 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in mortgage loans or related fields like home loans or housing loan.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, regulations, and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
