Brand Manager Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to develop and execute brand strategies, strengthen brand positioning, and drive marketing initiatives. The candidate should have 7–10 years of relevant experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage overall brand positioning, identity, visibility, and communication.
- Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Work closely with creative, digital, social media, PR, and external agencies.
- Develop marketing concepts, campaigns, content, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer/consumer acquisition.
- Manage social media and digital marketing initiatives in coordination with relevant teams.




- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI, reach, engagement, and brand growth.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies for campaign execution.
- Manage brand budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing spends.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.

Candidate Profile:

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Brand Management / Marketing / Advertising.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and consumer engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Robust creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience working with creative agencies, digital agencies, media agencies, or marketing teams will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and presentation tools.
- Candidates from Education, Media, Entertainment, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, or other consumer-facing industries can be considered.
