Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain Workday HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project plans for new implementations or enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance on core HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruiting, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday system configuration, data integrity, and user access management.

Job Requirements :

- 4-10 years of experience in Workday Analyst role or similar position.
- Robust understanding of Workday Functional Consultant principles and best practices.
- Experience working with various modules within the Workday platform (Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor).
- Proven track record of successfully implementing complex projects using Workday tools.
