Job Description Marketing Intern

Qualification: MBA in Marketing

Experience: Prior internship experience in marketing is preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across branding, e-commerce and quick commerce campaigns, performance marketing, and social media marketing. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in marketing execution, campaign analysis, market research, and brand-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Branding: Support brand-building activities, product communication, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- E-commerce & Quick Commerce: Assist in campaign execution and performance tracking across platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
- Performance Marketing: Support digital campaign monitoring, performance analysis, and optimisation of marketing initiatives.
- Social Media Marketing: Assist in content planning, social media campaigns, engagement tracking, and coordination of creatives.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis,



consumer research, and market trend analysis.
- Analytics & Reporting: Prepare marketing reports, Excel trackers, dashboards, and presentations to evaluate campaign performance and identify insights.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing plans, product launches, and promotional activities.

Required Skills

- Robust analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.
- Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Prior internship experience in marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce is preferred.

An MBA in Marketing with prior internship exposure, a data-driven mindset, and a keen interest in branding, e-commerce, quick commerce, performance marketing, and social media marketing.
