Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on and technically competent Jr. Manager Electrical to support electrical installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The candidate should have practical knowledge of transformers, inverters, HT/LT systems, electrical panels, cabling, and grid connectivity, along with the ability to coordinate site activities.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 4 to 7 years of relevant field experience.
- Candidates with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 4 to 8 years of strong relevant field experience may also be considered
- Relevant experience in BESS projects, electrical installation, commissioning, or power infrastructure is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with transformers, inverters, HT/LT systems, grid connection, and electrical commissioning.
- Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:

• Transformer manufacturing/service companies
• Electrical transmission/line installation companies
• Inverter companies
• Solar power plants
• Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects
• Electrical EPC/project companies

Skills Required:

- Strong practical/field-oriented electrical knowledge.
- Good knowledge of BESS.




- Good understanding of grid synchronization and electrical protection systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical equipment and site issues.
- Valuable understanding of electrical safety and statutory requirements.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at the project site.
- Handle the integration and connection of inverters, transformers, BESS systems, HT/LT panels, and the external power grid.
- Supervise grid connectivity, synchronization, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure proper installation and connection of electrical cables, switchgear, protection systems, and related equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely corrective action.
- Prepare and present project progress and electrical reports to the Director/Management.
- Create/ Read and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical drawings, and technical specifications.
