Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP PS Consultant with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on SAP PS experience and strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, strong knowledge of SAP Project System processes, and the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP PS functional activities across implementation projects.
- Participate in requirement gathering, business process analysis, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Work on end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.
- Configure and support:
- Project Definition
- WBS Elements
- Networks
- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Cost Planning
- Budgeting
- Availability Control
- Project Execution & Monitoring
- Project Settlement
- Revenue Recognition
- Resource Management

- Work according to the SAP Activate methodology.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP PS solutions.
- Work closely with technical and functional teams during testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Support integration of SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, SD, and PM modules.
- Conduct user training and prepare relevant functional documentation.
- Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.





Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PS.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP PS.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Project Definition
- WBS Elements & Networks
- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Cost Planning & Budgeting
- Availability Control
- Project Execution Monitoring
- Project Settlement
- Revenue Recognition
- Resource Management

- Positive understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, and PM.
- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and go-live support.
- Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP Certification is preferred, particularly certification related to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Experience in the Education domain is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with relevant education-sector domain experience or SAP implementation experience in the education industry will be an added advantage.
