- Install and demonstrate medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance of medical devices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely equipment repair.
- Handle medical equipment such as ventilators, patient monitors, defibrillators, ECG machines, and other critical care devices.
- Conduct equipment demonstrations and provide basic technical training to customers.
- Attend customer service calls and maintain service reports, installation records, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with the service team, sales team, and customers to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure equipment functionality, safety, and performance according to company procedures.
- Manage service tools, spare parts, and assigned company assets.
- Travel to hospitals and customer locations as required.
