- Support deal origination, investor outreach, and client presentations.
- Conduct due diligence, industry benchmarking, and peer comparison.
- Coordinate with lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders for transaction execution.
- Assist in structuring transactions and preparing term sheets, IMs, and proposals.
