Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong knowledge of sourcing and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various job portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Source quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
- Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates based on job descriptions.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
- Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring targets.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure timely closures.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and minimize candidate dropouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of sourcing and candidate identification.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and other job portals.
- Excellent Boolean search and keyword search skills.
- Good communication,



negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

- 15 years of experience in HR recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong sourcing skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
