Job Summary

CIEL HR is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – Non-IT Recruitment to lead a team of recruiters, manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, coordinate with clients, and achieve hiring targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Non-IT recruitment, team management, client coordination, and recruitment operations, with a proven track record of successfully closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Non-IT recruiters to achieve recruitment targets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
- Understand client hiring requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Allocate recruitment requirements among team members and monitor daily recruitment activities.
- Track individual and team performance against weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Guide recruiters on sourcing strategies, screening, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and recruiters to expedite the hiring process.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions in line with client expectations and agreed timelines.
- Monitor recruitment metrics,



identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to improve team productivity.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and consistent delivery.
- Resolve recruitment-related challenges and ensure a positive candidate and client experience.
- Prepare and share recruitment status reports, performance updates, and hiring progress with management.

Required Skills and Experience

- 4–6 years of overall recruitment experience, with solid expertise in Non-IT hiring.
- Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and managing multiple hiring requirements.
- Experience in client coordination, stakeholder management, and recruitment delivery.
- Proven ability to achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
- Experience handling hiring requirements across industries such as Sales & Services, FMCD, Manufacturing, Facilities Management (FM), and other Non-IT sectors is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment processes and sourcing channels.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate recruiters and improve team performance.
- Excellent client management and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on timely closures and quality hiring.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days preferred.
