Job Description

We are looking for US IT Recruiters / Bench Sales Recruiters with 04 years of experience. Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in US recruitment can also apply.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen candidates based on client requirements.
- Work on US IT requirements and submit suitable profiles.
- Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- For Bench Sales: Market consultants to vendors and clients and generate interview opportunities.
- Maintain candidate and submission details.
- Follow up on interviews, submissions, and placements.
- Meet daily and monthly targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of US IT recruitment.
- Knowledge of US time zones is an advantage.
- Good sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Willingness to work from office.
- Experience: 04 years.
