Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Manager – Pharma Recruitment** to lead our Pharma/Life Sciences recruitment delivery for the US Staffing business.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in US Pharma staffing, proven team management capabilities, and a track record of achieving recruitment targets. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, developing sourcing strategies, mentoring recruiters, and ensuring quality submissions and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Pharma recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Manage end-to-end US Pharma/Life Sciences recruitment.




Develop sourcing strategies and ensure quality candidate submissions.
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Monitor recruitment metrics, improve conversion ratios, and ensure successful joinings.
Manage team performance, candidate engagement, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in US Staffing, preferably Pharma/Life Sciences recruitment.
Prior team management or leadership experience.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting and US night shifts.
