- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Requirements:
- Any graduate; MBA in HR is preferred.
- Hospital or diagnostic industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in clinical hiring, especially X-Ray Technicians, will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
