5+ years of experience in performance engineering, benchmarking, or systems performance analysis Strong hands-on experience with server/platform performance testing in enterprise or datacenter environments Deep knowledge of industry-standard benchmarks including SPEC, Intel Memory Latency Checker (MLC), STREAM, and similar CPU / memory / storage tools Experience analyzing CPU, memory, NUMA, cache, storage, and network bottlenecks Proficient in Windows and Linux performance tuning and diagnostics Strong scripting/automation skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar Experience designing repeatable benchmark methodologies and regression test suites Ability to interpret benchmark results, help partner teams identify potential root causes, and optimization recommendations Familiarity with modern server architectures from Intel and AMD platforms Experience with telemetry, monitoring, and large-scale data analysis tools (Kusto, Grafana etc.) Strong written communication skills with ability to summarize findings for engineering and leadership teams Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal oversight in a quick-paced environment
