We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Consultant with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in SAP Concur implementation, support, integrations, and travel & expense management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules, along with experience in enterprise-wide deployments and stakeholder management.

Ideal Candidate:

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of SAP Concur experience.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.
- Solid experience in workflow configuration, policy setup, and approval management.
- Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Accounts Payable, and Travel & Expense processes.
- Knowledge of Concur APIs, data migration, and reporting.




- Experience in production support and enhancement projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Lead end-to-end SAP Concur implementation and transformation projects.
- Design and configure SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice solutions based on business requirements.
- Drive requirement gathering workshops with business and finance stakeholders.
- Configure expense policies, approval workflows, audit rules, and compliance processes.
- Integrate SAP Concur with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, HR, Payroll, and third-party systems.
- Provide strategic guidance for process optimization and automation initiatives.
- Lead UAT, deployment, training, and post-production support activities.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure platform stability and performance.
- Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards.
