Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Site Engineer Project for our Hyderabad project location. The successful candidate will supervise day-to-day site activities, coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients, and help ensure work is completed safely, to the required quality standards, and in line with project schedules and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Head Office, vendors, contractors, clients, and project teams.
- Monitor site progress and submit daily and weekly progress reports to management.
- Plan material requirements and coordinate timely receipt and delivery as per the project schedule.
- Verify the quantity and quality of materials received at the site and ensure Goods Receipt Note (GRN) documentation is completed.
- Supervise installation activities and ensure approved methods are followed.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality workmanship.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, work progress, material consumption, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate the timely preparation and processing of client and vendor bills.
- Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and site safety guidelines.




- Manage manpower deployment and monitor site productivity.
- Attend client meetings, site reviews, and internal coordination meetings as required.
- Support project completion and prepare handover documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical,or a related Engineering discipline.
- Prior experience in site execution, project coordination, or industrial project handling is preferred.
- Experience in construction or project installation activities will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work at the Hyderabad project site.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and site conditions.
