Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to handle end-to-end recruitment delivery, account operations, and client engagement for enterprise technology clients. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruiting teams, driving hiring strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining robust account performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery and account performance
- Manage offshore recruiting and delivery teams
- Drive hiring strategies for niche and high-volume technical roles
- Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Handle account operations including reporting, tracking, and governance
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, onboarding, and closures
- Manage vendor relationships and handle escalations
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business reviews
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and delivery excellence
- Collaborate with sales teams for account growth and expansion
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in US IT Staffing and Account Management
- Hands-on experience in MSP/VMS environments (Fieldglass, Beeline)
- Expertise in managing enterprise client accounts
- Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and delivery models
- Experience in stakeholder management and client communication
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and teams
- Good analytical and reporting skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in budget handling and revenue tracking
- Knowledge of SOW, contracts, and compliance
- Exposure to cloud, SAP, and emerging tech hiring
