Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance Java/Spring Boot backend services.
- Implement event-driven processing and REST API integrations.
- Build and maintain orchestration logic across multiple backend services.
- Develop unit tests and integration tests using Mockito, jUnit, and jmeter for performance testing.
- Troubleshoot API integration issues, data mappings, and service failures.
- Support containerized application deployments to AWS EKS.
Work with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines; GitHub Actions experience is beneficial.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with the onshore technical lead and distributed development team.
- Work in an accelerated AI-enabled SDLC using either Cursor IDE or Github Copilot.





Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- 4-6 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- REST API development and integration experience.
- Experience with microservices and event-driven applications.
- Familiarity with Docker, and AWS EKS or a similar Kubernetes platform (AKS, GKE, OpenShift, etc).
- Working knowledge of Jenkins and Git.
- Experience with unit testing (JUnit/Mockito) and API testing.
- Valuable debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills.
