Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Handle motors, pumps, gearboxes, electrical panels, wiring, and control systems.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
- Conduct site visits and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service requirements.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain service quality.
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of motors, pumps, gearboxes, electrical panels, and wiring.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical circuit diagrams.
- Familiarity with multimeters and other diagnostic tools.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
