Role & responsibilities

- Conduct testing of construction materials such as cement, concrete, aggregates, soil, bricks, blocks, steel, bitumen, and asphalt.
- Prepare and identify samples as per applicable testing standards.
- Perform tests according to relevant IS codes and laboratory SOPs.
- Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment.
- Record test observations, calculations, and results accurately.
- Prepare test reports and maintain laboratory records.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures and NABL requirements.
- Check equipment calibration status before testing.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
- Report any testing errors, equipment issues, or non-conformities to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with the Quality Manager and Technical Manager.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned testing activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with 01 year of experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction material testing and relevant IS codes.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
- Valuable observation, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate test records and reports.
- Willingness to learn and work in a laboratory environment.
- Candidates from Surat or nearby locations preferred.
