Key Responsibilities

- Lead Management: Connect with company-provided leads and convert potential business opportunities into paying clients.
- Client Communication: Coordinate with business owners, founders, and decision-makers to understand their marketing requirements.
- Sales Conversion: Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial inquiry and discovery calls to negotiation and deal closure.
- Negotiation & Objection Handling: Address client concerns, pricing objections, and service-related queries confidently.
- Follow-ups: Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and trust.
- Service Presentation: Explain our digital marketing services, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client conversations, lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales is preferred.
- Candidates with experience selling digital marketing, advertising,



lead generation, or agency services will receive preference.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent follow-up, objection-handling, and deal-closing abilities.
- Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, email, and other sales communication platforms.
