Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle international outbound calls to generate leads from US customers.

- Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential clients and schedule meetings/calls.

- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers over the phone.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-3 years of experience in telesales or related field (US IT sales preferred).

- Strong convincing power for closing deals over the phone.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle international voice processing.

- Ability to work independently from home office workplace.
