Role: International Voice Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international Banking and Telecom processes.
- Resolve customer queries related to banking services, telecom products, accounts, and transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer concerns and deliver effective solutions within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow process guidelines.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.

Eligibility Criteria:





- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- International voice process experience preferred; freshers may apply based on process requirements.
- Willingness to work in US/UK shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
