Role & responsibilities :

- Lead end to end new product development projects, from concept development to commercial production
- Coordinate with design . engineering, production, quality , purchase and sales team
- prepare project timelines
- Monitor prototype development samplings , trials . testing and approvals
- Coordinate with vendors for Moulds , dies , components , electronics and packaging materials
- ensure product feasibility , target costing and cost reduction
- Monitor product quality
- track development status
- Maintain BOMS , Drawings ,sample approval ,documentation
- Manage Multiple NPD projects and ensure timely product launches

Preferred candidate profile

We are Looking for an experienced Assistant Manager -NPD to lead new Product development Activities from concept to mass Production .The candidate will coordinate with design, production , quality ,



purchase tooling, , electronics and packaging teams to ensure timely product launches and cost product quality .

Qualifications :

B.TECH ? Diploma in mechanical , electronics,production . or arelated enginnering field.

- 5-8 years experience in new product development on toys, consumer products or electronics manufacturing
- Robust project manager , vendor coordination , costing and problem -solving skills
- Knowledge of product design , tooling , quality standards and Manufacturing processes
