Key Responsibilities

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of digitisation executives.

Productivity Tracking: Monitor daily team output to ensure strict project deadlines are met.

Quality Assurance: Implement audit processes to ensure error-free data and image outputs.

Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and problem resolution.

Data Management: Use Excel functions to track metrics and generate performance reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:



Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in handling teams.

Domain Expertise: Prior experience in scanning, indexing, or document digitisation projects.

Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).

Soft Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and client-facing skills.
