Role & responsibilities
Review of SOP
- Production Plan Vs Actual
- Control WIP, Scrap
- Increase OLE
- Control of Processes
- Control of Special Processes
- Control of Non-conforming products
- Non-conformity review and disposition
- Re-inspection of Reworked products
- Ensure protected working of operators. Monitor the working of safety equipment.
- Responsible for implementing corrective actions on Customer complaints relating to manufacturing
quality
- Use of statistical techniques wherever applicable
- Identify training needs of non-supervisory personnel (operators and staff)
- Work in Continuous Improvement projects identified by Production Head.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Production Head.
