AyurFlavours, a growing Ayurveda-based food and wellness brand, is hiring enthusiastic Telesales Executives to support online sales and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Call prospective and existing customers to explain products and offers.
- Follow up on enquiries received through WhatsApp and social media.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information.
- Convert enquiries into orders and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up updates.
- Coordinate order confirmation and dispatch.
- Encourage repeat purchases through regular customer engagement.

Requirements:

- Valuable Malayalam communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic English, computer knowledge, and WhatsApp familiarity.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.

Candidates from Thrissur and nearby areas who can join immediately are preferred.
