Position Title: Fundraising Manager/ Senior Manager
Department: Finance
Reports To: Finance Head.
*Role Overview:*
The Fundraising profile is responsible for assisting in securing funding and financial support for the company's real estate projects by liaising with banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), and other financial institutions. The role requires preparing loan/fundraising proposals, managing MIS reporting for lenders, and maintaining a robust understanding of accounting and finance to ensure smooth budgeting and financial planning.
*Qualifications & Skills Required:*
*Education*: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in Finance or similar qualifications preferred) OR Inter CA.
*Experience*: 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, finance, or real estate finance.
