Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Jewellery Sales Executive to manage the overall operations of our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the jewellery industry, excellent customer handling skills, team management abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
- Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and improve overall store performance.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and high-value client relationships.
- Ensure proper management of gold, diamond, and other jewellery stock, including inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, sales reports, and store documentation.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational standards.
- Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with management on sales performance, inventory, and business growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Mandatory: Prior experience in the jewellery industry is a must.
- Experience as a Jewellery Sales Executive is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery sales, inventory management, and showroom operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
