Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Pre-Sales Associate to engage with prospective students and parents, understand their educational requirements, explain our programmes and generate qualified opportunities for the sales and admissions team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, convincing and follow-up skills and should be comfortable working in a quick-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students and parents through outbound calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Respond promptly to enquiries received through advertisements, website registrations, referrals and inbound calls.
- Understand the students academic needs, interests and educational goals.
- Explain ATP STEM’s courses, learning methodology, features and benefits clearly.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements,



interest, eligibility and readiness to enrol.
- Schedule counselling sessions, demonstrations and centre visits for qualified prospects.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups and maintain engagement with interested leads.
- Handle initial objections related to course suitability, fees, schedules and programme value.
- Maintain accurate lead details, call notes, follow-up dates and status updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with academic counsellors and the sales team for the smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects who missed scheduled counselling sessions or demonstrations.
- Achieve daily calling targets, appointment targets and monthly conversion objectives.
- Share customer feedback, lead quality and common objections with the reporting manager.
- Maintain professional communication and provide a positive experience to every prospective customer.
