- Conduct classroom-based sessions, online webinars, or OJT (On-the-Job Training) to train retail teams.
- Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and videos to support the learning process.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make improvements accordingly.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
- Robust expertise in areas like classroom training, OJT, TNA (Training Needs Analysis), TTT (Train the Trainer), TNI (Training Need Identification).
- Proven track record of designing effective sales training programs for retail environments.
