Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx.
- Develop custom web parts, extensions, and reusable SPFx components.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integrate SharePoint Online solutions with Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Manage end-to-end delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on SharePoint development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint issues, bugs, and performance problems.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology roadmaps.
- Stay updated with the latest SharePoint Online and SPFx features, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills





- Strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development.
- Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), including custom web parts and extensions.
- Experience developing scalable and reusable SharePoint components.
- Knowledge of integrating SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
- Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with code reviews, technical documentation, and development best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience mentoring developers and providing technical guidance.
