- Onboarding & Training: Conduct role-based ERP training for current joins and periodic training on new features.
- Troubleshooting Support: Resolve daily transaction errors and clarify user queries for production and supply chain teams.
- Access Control: Manage User IDs, assign/deactivate responsibilities, and handle password resets.
Operations, Quality & Inventory Control
- Issue Resolution: Handle daily transaction issues across Inventory, QA, Production, Procurement, and Order Management.
- QA & Inventory Action: Block lots based on change controls; remove stocks against approved destruction or non-conformance notes.
- Job Work Management: Create and maintain ERP recipes for Outside Processing (Job Work) items.
Testing & Reporting
- System Testing: Perform point-to-point UAT testing for new configurations and reports in test environments before production release.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor daily transactions for abnormalities and provide MIS data to department heads.
- Report Development: Coordinate with process owners to build new custom business reports.
