About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to bridge the gap between our clients and internal design team. You will lead client communications, manage project workflows, and ensure high-quality delivery on advertising campaigns from briefing to final execution.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of integrated creative campaigns.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation models.




- Partner with Creative Directors, Account Teams, Strategists, and Production teams.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
- Manage project scope, change requests, and budget tracking.
- Facilitate project kick-offs, reviews, and status meetings.
- Optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor team capacity and resource utilization.
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all creative outputs.

Qualifications

- Robust project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Understanding of creative, digital, content, social, and production workflows.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Financial and budget management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Advanced expertise in project management tools and reporting systems.
- Proficient in MS Office, project management platforms ( Workfront, Jira, Trello).

Core Capabilities

- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
- 4-6 years of experience in creative project management, advertising agencies, marketing services, or in-house creative teams.
