Role & responsibilities

- The Senior Production Officer Bottling, will oversee day-to-day bottling operations at the Bundi facility in a full time, on-site capacity.
- Responsibilities include planning and supervising production schedules, monitoring bottling lines, and ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- The role involves coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, managing material availability, and troubleshooting operational issues to minimize downtime.
- The Senior Production Officer will train and guide production staff, implement process improvements, maintain accurate production records, and support audits and inspections.
- This position requires hands-on involvement on the shop floor and active participation in ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant liquor bottling operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong Quality Control skills to maintain product standards and ensure compliance with Rajasthan Excise regulations and safety norms.




- Training and team supervision skills to guide production staff, enforce procedures, and promote a safe, disciplined work environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Liquor Manufacturing Industry, eg., Distilleries and Bottling Units with familiarity in handling consumable products and hygiene protocols.
- Manufacturing and production management skills, including line supervision, workflow optimisation, and resource planning.
- Experience and knowledge of Rajasthan excise record-keeping, compliance and norms.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Production, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and readiness to work on-site in Bundi.
