- Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 Years experience in any Industry/Establishment
- Possessing valuable communication skills
- Candidate age should not exceed 33 years.
- Candidates should be willing to travel.
Desirable
- Experience in supervising / arranging practical training in industries
- Knowledge of MS Office
Major Roles and Responsibilities Training
- Identify new sectors / establishments for apprenticeship training
- Support industries in assessing apprenticeship needs & organizing Apprenticeship -cum-job fairs
- Visit establishments to assess training programs and identify shortfalls
- Outreach
- Promote NATS through posters, magazines, pamphlets, etc.
- Conduct / participate in workshops, seminars, and meetings with educational institutions / establishments
Stakeholder Management
- Visit government bodies, educational institutions, & stakeholders to address demand-supply, apprenticeship, grievances etc
