Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Supervisor to manage the execution of residential and office interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision, coordination with contractors and vendors, quality control, material management, and timely project completion as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities for residential and commercial office interior projects.
- Ensure execution of civil, carpentry, false ceiling, painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and other interior finishing works as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timelines.
- Check workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage of execution.
- Read and interpret interior layout drawings, working drawings,



and detail drawings.
- Manage material requirements, site inventory, deliveries, and wastage control.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and maintain discipline at the site.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at project sites.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update the project team on site status, delays, and material requirements.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover of completed projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial office interior execution.
- Positive knowledge of interior finishing materials, construction methods, and site execution practices.
- Ability to understand and execute work according to AutoCAD drawings.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of material estimation, quantity checking, and site measurement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Gurgaon and nearby locations.
