About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, professional and result-oriented Spa Manager to manage daily spa operations, recruit and manage staff, generate leads, drive sales and grow spa memberships.

Key Responsibilities

- Staff Hiring & Recruitment: Source candidates, conduct interviews and recruit spa therapists and other staff as per business requirements.
- Staff Management: Train, supervise and manage staff performance, attendance and duty schedules.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive spa sales, memberships, packages and repeat customer bookings.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and local marketing.
- Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, feedback and customer retention.
- Daily Operations: Ensure smooth spa operations and maintain professional service standards.
- Business Development: Develop corporate tie-ups, hotel partnerships and local business relationships.
- Targets & Reporting: Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare daily and monthly performance reports.




- Quality & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and customer satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Use WhatsApp Business, CRM tools and basic computer applications for lead tracking and follow-ups.
- Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in spa, wellness, salon or hospitality management.
- Strong experience in sales, lead generation and membership selling.
- Experience in staff hiring, recruitment and team management.
- Excellent communication, customer-handling and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on revenue growth.
- Willingness to relocate to Alwar, Rajasthan, if required.
